I have used the M6 toll for years for business. It was so simple to use. I could print my ticket at the toll booth and claim it back quickly in my expenses. Today I passed through the toll and found no receipt was available due to the changes. I then found out its online okay not ideal but i can make that work. That's when you realise you have to wait upto 48hrs to get your receipt. I am sorry but this is appalling. When apps like RingGo can give you a receipt instantly on my phone why on earth can't the M6 toll have a system that allows you to collect a receipt straight after you pass through. Really Poor Service
