Driving vulnerable people on holiday sat nav took us on this toll road. We have disability vehicle so thought we would most likely be exempt. Pressed help button when ANPR didn't recognise us. No help. Paid. Contacted. Couldn't care less attitude from customer services. £7 fee to register as disabled which must be paid annually. No refund of the £9.70 paid. Over a week to reply to emails. Just dreadful. Avoid...I will carefully programme my phone if I'm in the area in the future. Makes the Dartford Crossing seem like heaven and a quarter of the price.
