The service is appalling and shows complete neglect towards customers. I bought a laptop almost two years ago, and after two months, the SSD failed. It was replaced under warranty, but the same issue occurred again a year and a half later. After a week of waiting, I was told the drive was empty, which was unbelievable. They agreed to check the SSD and reinstall Windows, but after two more weeks of silence and countless emails, I was told to pick up the laptop, which was returned in the same condition. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I would not recommend this service unless you enjoy endless hassle.
