This might be a scam! They sell products that don't exist, take your money, and then cancel orders. Be cautious with this shop! Their service is terrible and they insist on prepayment, refusing cash upon pickup. After I paid, I found out the item was out of stock.
I ordered a product for 255, and while selecting a loan option, it directed me elsewhere. I called customer support nearly 20 times, holding for over 15 minutes each time, but no one answered. The lack of response is frustrating. I feel like I'm dealing with a scam site rather than a legitimate one. I might cancel my order due to this awful support. Interestingly, they cancelled my first order and then raised the price shortly after.
The service is appalling and shows complete neglect towards customers. I bought a laptop almost two years ago, and after two months, the SSD failed. It was replaced under warranty, but the same issue occurred again a year and a half later. After a week of waiting, I was told the drive was empty, which was unbelievable. They agreed to check the SSD and reinstall Windows, but after two more weeks of silence and countless emails, I was told to pick up the laptop, which was returned in the same condition. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I would not recommend this service unless you enjoy endless hassle.
The company provides false delivery times until they receive payment. Once the invoice is paid, the delivery timeframe changes. Even after the new timeframe, you might not receive your goods. They don't respond to emails or phone calls.
