I usually do my research but got caught this time - saw a beautiful jumper, lovely patterns, described as 'Fana - vibrant and colourful turtle neck sweater' - it arrived (about 2-3 weeks after I'd ordered it) - it was atrocious, not knitted at all as it looked in the picture - just a nasty synthetic jumper. I asked for a refund - and received this reply:Thanks for your message, and we're sorry to hear that the item did not meet your expectations.I understand you’d like to return your order, which is possible, you’re always free to return it.At the moment returns have to be sent to our warehouse in Asia (stated in our return policy).The cost of returning will be on the expensive side (20-30£]), and because of that, we would like you to offer the following options:Option 1 - 10% refund of the purchase amount + 25% discount codeOption 2 - 50% discount codeWhy this solution?You do not have to pay return cost (expensive)You can donate or resell your current item(s)Not returning is the most environmentally friendly optionReturning packages can take weeks before arrivingPlease let me know which option works best for you and I’ll arrange it right away.Kind regards,Jomaina | Customer support
