I would give a -10 if I could. After numerous emails with offers and discounts, I finally requested a full refund. The coat is tiny and the dress feels more like a dog blanket. This company claims to be a reputable UK business but is completely misrepresenting their products. They agreed to refund me but have not processed it and no longer respond to emails. Clearly, they are scammers. AVOID!

This is a complete scam. While customer service responded quickly, that's the only positive thing I can say. The payment process indicates a Chinese origin, not a UK-based company as claimed. They admit that their £50 jacket is not waterproof as advertised, but merely water-resistant. They agreed to refund me, but I have to return the product to China at a cost of about £40, including customs. Sending it to their London office wasn't an option, which is ridiculous. This is clearly how they profit, by not delivering goods and just taking your money. Their return policy is riddled with errors they won't honor. It's been two months of trying to resolve this.

I decided to dispute this through my credit card. After six weeks, I was informed that the company continues to deny any issues with the item! I have provided the necessary evidence to my bank. How disgraceful! I even informed them that the goods are available for collection, yet they still ignore me. I hope the bank sees these reviews.
