This should be rated -5. Following my previous review regarding the poor quality and sizing, I tried to return the item, but they refuse to cover postage, which would cost £27. I decided to dispute this through my credit card. After six weeks, I was informed that the company continues to deny any issues with the item! I have provided the necessary evidence to my bank. How disgraceful! I even informed them that the goods are available for collection, yet they still ignore me. I hope the bank sees these reviews.
