I would have rated this company zero. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering!!! As the advert on FB appeared to be a UK family based company I was confident in ordering an advertised item that was described as being a rainproof jacket! It arrived after 12 days but found to be of very poor quality with no care instructions or labelling to indicate the fabric & country of origin. I doubt whether it is truly rainproof!! After several complaint emails I was advised if I chose to return it would cost £20-30 as it had to be sent to Asia. I was offered a 50% discount in the form of a discount code. I have no intention of accepting this as I would not consider ordering from them in future. I shall report this company as a Scam business & hope to obtain a refund from my credit card company.
