This company came across my radar from a sposored Instagram advert which should have been the 1st red flag (annoyed at myself here...), and then having placed my order I was billed to some Chinese company (2nd red flag). The item then took way too long to arrive for a UK based company (3rd red flag) and when it did it was a terrible immitation of the item that was photographed in the listing. I sited all of the issues with the garment on the contact form requesting the returns information as per their own T&C's for returns and they refused to honour the clause of "If due to our reasons (e.g., the goods received are damaged or incorrect), the customer is not required to bear the shipping fee" which I felt was appropriate.Long story short, my credit card company refunded me in the end and I am stuck with this piece of crap garment I don't want. So do yourself a favour and don't order from these scammers!! The sooner this 'company' is shut down the better.
