This is more than a SCAM - it is outrageous behavoir. I ordered what I thought from the picture to be a knitted wool jumper with a dog on the front, for my daughter. What I received was an inferior shinny sweatshirt. After complaining it transpired that it was almost impossible to return this item and the cost was down to you. Even though it came from London, you were expected to send it back to China! No guarantees though that it would get there. They offered cashback, 15%, then 30%, then 50%. However, I contacted my credit card company who are investigating this now and who have reimbursed me in full.
