Been had as well.
Definitely don't get what you see and you're dealing with a company in China.
Sadly accepted a 15% refund as the return process looked like I was on to a lower as well.
Quality not even good enough for a charity shop.
If I could I would leave a zero star review. Total scam. The picture is showing a pink knitted jumper and what I got was a white polyester jumper with the picture printed not knitted.
After complaining they are telling us to send it back at our cost to China.
Avoid at all costs.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE A SCAM.if I could give zero points i would. The goods come from China, take ages to arrive and are of very poor quality. Do not look like the adviertised product. they are of inferior quality material, looks very naff! glossy,poor quality material and not the thick cotton as seen on pictures. To get a refund you must send back to china with customs details and know the recipient's phone number. This is AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE!! I am waiting to receive the e-mail address and phone number for recipient in ZheJiang, China , but suspect I will not get it or it will be false. if any of the detailsregarding the return address is incorrect , the company will not issue a refund. I doubt if many ever get a refund. They offered 15% refund for not bothering!!THIS COMPANY ARE SCAMMERS AND SHOULD NOT BE USED. BEWARE!!!!!!!
Absolute scam as others have said. painful lesson learned - always check reviews. package took forever, I asked to cancel "not possible" they said. Returns are to Asia at buyer's expense. Item is total rubbish - no labelling - clearly cheap materials and not actually as pictured.
Avoid at all costs, a scam company, doubt item will never arrive, they insist you pay be means that can be refunded ie. debit card. Was a present for my daughter’s birthday, how taken in do I feel. Always check the company out before parting with any money.
Hi Mabel and Mae,I have just received the above order and I now know it is all a great big con and a complete waste of money, the garment I have just received is total tat and I should have been more savvy, how you get away with this is beyond me and I will put as much warning as I can, on as many websites as I can.Your website is very convincing and I should have known better.I am not even going to send it back and take it straight to a charity shop, I have learnt a hard lesson.
Not in London. Very poor quality item that took ages to arrive. Ordered via social media. Wished I had read other reviews prior to doing so. Browser security flags the website as dangerous and suggests not to load it. I have asked for a return/refund. Guess it is not going to happen. Concerned as heard on Consumer Programme that scammers are pretending to be retailers to obtain ID info.

I wouldn't even give it one star ordered what looked like a lovely dress with money given off my elderly father for Christmas, took 4 weeks to arrive and when it has finally arrive I can only describe it as like a sack of s@#t, absolutely disgusting I'm gutted as I wanted something nice with my money
