Ordered a Xmas jumper. Took forever to get here. Arrived 29th of December, what a load of tat, I Ordered a size 10, it was as big as an XL in a cheap variation of polyester absolutely dreadful, would not put on my dog, that is if I had one! Sent an email asking for a refund, what I got in return was a request to list several reasons why I was asking for a refund? After checking other customer reviews(only wish I had checked these people out before ordering) I normally do. I know I won't get anywhere sending this item back and costing me money to do so, would be a complete waste of time and money. (It is now in the bin)Please folks give this customer a miss, I wish I had.
