As a support worker who gives my clients 100%. I’m very disappointed by the support offered by Mable and the lack of follow up’s regarding various invoices that are unpaid being over 1 month old. I’ve now spent more time on the phone being passed around by Mable staff, than doing any work on the platform. If I’m lucky to get through when I call, each person I speak to, all advise something different, while defensive and dismissive. They couldn’t care less that I have hours and hours worth of invoices that are sitting unpaid. Clients have also said they can’t seem to find my details in order to pay me. It really doesn’t seem like they run an organised company and as a support worker, it’s not worth the hassle dealing with Mable, as the client can ignore the payments and Mable can’t do much about it.
