I have given my reviews on mable that mable workers are good and I am the one who is most good so no worker or staff can take advantage or disadvantage on mable websites for my reviews I am not God , and I am god but not for wrong intentions God means good deeds person so I only prefer good deeds from me and for my client too but all generation making god to sacrificed it only happened in stories or booked not in real life so respect all Gods of all generations who deeds so no one can push me at my work place at place I work or outside as you did already by increasing pay rate or decreasing but I started with right work 17 years ago. So do your work accordingly and let me to do my work for me and think good for globally .
Mable gives me the flexibility to find my own support people. I'm in charge of the job posts and I can place various different ones. This is fantastic. My only suggestion for improvement is that posts cannot be edited after 5 min from posting. This window should be a little longer. The 'meet and greet' functionality is not easy to find, you have to really know how to navigate Mable, and there have been times that it's not there. I would also add a list of spoken languages in the requirements so that this is clear to the people responding to the job. Other than that I find the application and in particular thw support staff to be No.1. They are excellent, always helpful and available.
Found some really great support workers. The app needs a little work though as I find myself deleting duplicate sessions or having to re-create sessions previously set. Mable is class because I found 2 really responsive support workers who have been great so far with the communication and one has attended work and it has been a great experience so far.
As a support worker who gives my clients 100%. I’m very disappointed by the support offered by Mable and the lack of follow up’s regarding various invoices that are unpaid being over 1 month old. I’ve now spent more time on the phone being passed around by Mable staff, than doing any work on the platform. If I’m lucky to get through when I call, each person I speak to, all advise something different, while defensive and dismissive. They couldn’t care less that I have hours and hours worth of invoices that are sitting unpaid. Clients have also said they can’t seem to find my details in order to pay me. It really doesn’t seem like they run an organised company and as a support worker, it’s not worth the hassle dealing with Mable, as the client can ignore the payments and Mable can’t do much about it.
