I previously had two excellent leather cases from the company, which were high quality and long-lasting. However, after reordering a new case, everything seems to have changed. The case never arrived, but that could be due to the poor delivery service in my area. I attempted to contact customer service, but my email bounced back due to an unknown server. There are clearly issues with the company now. Thankfully, I paid through a secure payment service and was quickly refunded without any hassle. I won’t be using them again, which is unfortunate since my past purchases were great.
