The quality of materials is disappointing. The return process is even worse. There's no straightforward way to initiate a return, which seems intentional. I had to search for an email to request a return. After some delays due to time zone differences, I received this response: “As we operate outside the USA, customers must cover the return shipping costs, duties, and taxes, in addition to a USD 15 restocking fee. For a first-time customer like you, we have refunded 50% without needing the items back.” I suggest not spending your money here.
