Had an installation done this year; the company that installed the system was fine during the process, but after-sales service was quite poor. The service team took a long time to identify the problem. They scheduled three appointments to fix it, but the last two times they contacted me to reschedule, which felt like an excuse. Today, I waited at home for them, only to have to call and discover they weren't coming to resolve my issue. Good installation, but the after-sales service leaves much to be desired.
