Rang on Saturday on the chance they were open as when I arrived to visit my 85 year mother she had no heating. I explained they had installed the gas heating several years ago and service it every year. A lovely lady said she would ring the engineer as he might be able to pop in on his way home and have a look. She kept us updated with phone calls and a lovely gentleman arrived at the arranged time and fixed the problem. My mother said he was very polite and she felt very at ease with having a stranger in her house. He had driven along way to come to her and had a long journey to do to get home to Manningtree. Very much appreciated and thank you very much to everyone for a great service.

Frustrating Experience with the Installation

We had an air source heat pump, solar panels, and loft insulation installed in August 2025, and since then, the system has been plagued with issues. It seems to function for about three weeks before the same error code appears, causing both the heating and hot water to fail completely. Despite numerous engineer visits, each one provides a different explanation — “there’s no issue,” “there’s a leak,” “the pressure is low” — but none lead to a real solution. Engineers often inform us that they cannot fix the problem during their visit. We are then promised follow-up calls that never materialize, leaving us to follow up repeatedly, only for another engineer to come who also cannot resolve the issue. This frustrating cycle continues. I submitted a formal complaint months ago and received no response at all. I sent another complaint yesterday requesting a manager to review the installation from beginning to end, as it has clearly never functioned properly since the start. Overall, this has been a significant waste of time and an extremely frustrating ordeal. The system was marketed as a major enhancement to our home, but it has instead led to ongoing stress and disruption. I truly wish we had not proceeded with the installation.

Impressive work despite the weather

Outstanding effort by both the panel installation team and the electricians, even with the challenging weather conditions; it rained most of the time, yet they completed the job efficiently. Kudos to everyone involved!

Five stars for installers, zero for office staff

The installers deserve five stars. However, the office staff get none. Solar panels were installed in September 2025, but the office noted the wrong address. My electricity supplier helped correct this, but the office failed to send necessary information. Initially, they said I needed G98, then changed to G99 because of 15 panels installed. I was promised a paper copy of the handover pack, with four staff members assuring me it would be corrected. Over three months later, I'm still waiting!

Mixed experience

Had an installation done this year; the company that installed the system was fine during the process, but after-sales service was quite poor. The service team took a long time to identify the problem. They scheduled three appointments to fix it, but the last two times they contacted me to reschedule, which felt like an excuse. Today, I waited at home for them, only to have to call and discover they weren't coming to resolve my issue. Good installation, but the after-sales service leaves much to be desired.

From the start, the installation was conducted swiftly and professionally. The engineers clearly knew their work and efficiently handled the necessary pipework and electrical installations. The house was chaotic for five days, but the final result — a warm and cozy home — made it worthwhile! Thank you to everyone involved; you were all polite, hardworking, and professional.

Top-notch service

We recently had our boiler replaced under a government scheme. Once the application was approved, the team arrived within two weeks to start work. From the first contact to job completion, all staff were extremely professional, efficient, and hardworking, including plumbers, electricians, and scaffolders. A special mention goes to two team members who worked tirelessly until the job was completed. After installation, one of the team members clearly explained everything done and thoroughly checked to ensure everything was functioning well. I would highly recommend this service to anyone needing a boiler replacement.

Highly recommended!

I am writing this review on behalf of my parents. I want to express gratitude to the team, especially to two members who were instrumental in helping my elderly parents. After a service on Friday, they had no heating on Saturday, which was concerning due to my father's health. We called on Sunday morning, and one team member assured us they would send someone out that afternoon. Within 10 minutes, they confirmed an engineer would arrive. The engineer came mid-afternoon, resolved the issue efficiently, and reassured my parents. Later, the same team member followed up to ensure everything was fine. Absolutely outstanding customer service, and we are thankful for the care shown!

Very good, but communication issues

They are very good and efficient. I had solar panels and an inverter installed without any issues. The job was completed with minimal mess left behind. However, four roof tiles were broken; I think one was taken as a sample for replacements. They assured me someone would return to replace them, which I appreciated. I was contacted to check my satisfaction, and while I expressed my happiness with the job, I requested updates on the roof tiles. I was promised to get information, but I haven’t heard back, leaving me in limbo about the situation.
