I had a very bad experience with Maccaron. One of my prepaid items was never dispatched, yet their system showed it as delivered. Only after I chased them multiple times they mark it as cancelled and claim to issue a refund which I still have not received.This is not just poor service but misleading and dishonest practice. There’s no customer support line, only repeated template emails. I do not recommend shopping here.
