Placed an order online, but the delivery service lost the initial package. I struggled to get in touch with the customer support team, as the email options were ineffective and messaging went unanswered. Finally, I reached someone by phone who assured me a new package would be sent express for holiday delivery, but it arrived late, post-holidays, and now some items are missing. I have to restart the whole process to recover what I ordered five weeks ago. Additionally, there’s no free gift available since it’s currently out of stock. I will not be returning to this service; such a frustrating experience.
