Frustrating experience with lost package and unresponsive support

I ordered online, but the delivery service lost my initial package. I couldn't reach customer support due to ineffective email options and unresponsive messaging. After some time, I finally spoke with someone who assured me a new package would be express shipped for holiday delivery. Unfortunately, it didn’t arrive until after the holidays, and now I’m missing items. I have to restart the process to recover what I ordered five weeks ago. Additionally, the free gift is out of stock. I won’t be using this service again; what a disappointing experience.

Disappointing experience with repeated issues

Placed an order online, but the delivery service lost the initial package. I struggled to get in touch with the customer support team, as the email options were ineffective and messaging went unanswered. Finally, I reached someone by phone who assured me a new package would be sent express for holiday delivery, but it arrived late, post-holidays, and now some items are missing. I have to restart the whole process to recover what I ordered five weeks ago. Additionally, there’s no free gift available since it’s currently out of stock. I will not be returning to this service; such a frustrating experience.

Exceptional product and service

I've been using these products for the past four years, including foundation, foundation powder, and lipstick. All items are excellent, and the representative is incredibly helpful, providing clear instructions on how to use each product. Even during busy times, she ensures all customers receive attention with a smile.

Paid for gift wrapping, not delivered

I paid for items to be gift wrapped, but they were not. When I attempted to resolve this through the live chat, the representative stated that my order showed they were gift wrapped, so there was nothing they could do. When I requested contact details to file a complaint, the representative refused, saying my issue wasn't significant enough. The products are fine, but the service has been among the worst I've ever encountered.

Terrible experience with shipping

What a dreadful experience! They took my money, then the delivery service 'lost the package.' I attempted to contact customer service, but there was no response. The virtual chat was unhelpful. I called a physical store, and they said they had no connection to this issue. I explained that their service took my money without delivering any product, and all I received was an apology. I plan to contact the Better Business Bureau. Although this is supposed to be a legitimate retailer, it feels like a scam! I will never order from this site again.

Timely delivery but missing gift

Items were delivered promptly, but the free gift was missing. I tried to contact customer service but ended up waiting on hold for over an hour and had to give up, as I couldn't afford to wait for an advisor. I'm quite frustrated because I purchased more cosmetics than necessary to qualify for the gift. Very disappointed with the missing gift and the poor customer service.

Awful service experience

Awful service! Do not order from this company. My order did not arrive, and the only way I could contact them was through messaging. It took over two hours to get a reply, and when I responded, I was redirected to their virtual assistant, starting the wait all over again. After seven days, I am still waiting to request a refund. Their live chat is ineffective, and phone calls go unanswered. I will definitely not be purchasing from this company again.

Ridiculous pricing

The prices are absolutely ridiculous. Nearly £30 for a tiny 3.1ml gloss, much of which you won't be able to get out of the tube. They used to offer 4.8ml. The packaging now looks cheap since the redesign. Quality has clearly been compromised. There are far better brands available.

No more orders for me

I wish there was an option for no stars. Every time I order directly, there’s an issue. This time, two of the three items were missing, and there was no invoice. I have been trying to reach customer service online and by phone for days, waiting over 30 minutes each time without a response. With no store nearby, it seems my money is lost. I will not purchase from this company again, not even in retail. I will find another makeup brand. If they only care about profits, I cannot support them. I work too hard to waste my money.
