What a dreadful experience! They took my money, then the delivery service 'lost the package.' I attempted to contact customer service, but there was no response. The virtual chat was unhelpful. I called a physical store, and they said they had no connection to this issue. I explained that their service took my money without delivering any product, and all I received was an apology. I plan to contact the Better Business Bureau. Although this is supposed to be a legitimate retailer, it feels like a scam! I will never order from this site again.
