I ordered online, but the delivery service lost my initial package. I couldn't reach customer support due to ineffective email options and unresponsive messaging. After some time, I finally spoke with someone who assured me a new package would be express shipped for holiday delivery. Unfortunately, it didn’t arrive until after the holidays, and now I’m missing items. I have to restart the process to recover what I ordered five weeks ago. Additionally, the free gift is out of stock. I won’t be using this service again; what a disappointing experience.
