I placed an order on Black Friday, and the tracking indicated delivery, but I received nothing. Customer service was unreachable via WhatsApp, email, or social media. I did manage to speak to a support representative on the phone who assured me they would start an investigation, keep me informed via email, and refund me if the package was lost. A week has gone by, and I have yet to receive any updates from the company.
