Eventually, I spoke with a representative on the phone, who assured me that an investigation would be initiated, that I would be updated via email, and that I would receive a refund if the package was indeed lost. It's been a week now, and I have yet to receive any communication from the company.

I'm very disappointed with the service.

For a company of this size, this is unacceptable. Their customer service is appalling!
