I ordered products worth 94 euros from the official website eight days ago, and the payment was processed immediately. However, I never received a confirmation, nor did I get the products. The customer service phone number is out of service, and five days after emailing them, I still haven't received a reply or confirmation that my email was received. For a company of this size, this is unacceptable. Their customer service is appalling!
