The hotel cancelled my best friend’s wedding booking just eight weeks before the event, citing sudden renovations. It’s hard to believe such major work could come up without warning. They are now trying to shift the blame onto my friends, creating a chaotic situation as all guests scramble to adjust their plans. This behavior is truly unacceptable, and I expected much better from this hotel chain. I strongly advise against using them.
