Alveston Manor Hotel Stratford upon AvonIf you want a nice place to stay don’t stay here. Old shabby and grubby. Needs updating and some new carpets and a complete make over and painting. Carpark is not free for guest which again spoiled our stay. We went for a Christmas treat and it was very disappointing. For the cost you would get a better experience at the local travel lodge. I was so looking forward to a stay that was a little bit special and this hotel on the adverts seem to be the one. It was not. Don’t waste your money . As it was MacDonalds hotel I did expect a better experience rather than a feeling of staying in a grubby not well kept hotel. Came home feeling very let down :(
