We stayed at Leeming House in November. My evening meal was not cooked properly. The plate was ‘swimming’ in blood from the steak. I did complain to the waitress at the time. Nothing was done. At breakfast the Eggs Benedict came with one hard boiled poached egg and one soft ( obviously not cooked together). There was also no ham on the plate and the Hollandaise Sauce was watery. My husband had a Full English and was asked how he would like his egg cooked... no egg arrived on his plate. I complained at reception and left my details but no one contacted me. I left a complaint on Hotels.com and was asked to send my details. I sent a complaint through the Macdonald website. I have also written a detailed letter to the manager of the hotel. I have still not had any reply three months on. I would not stay at one of these hotels again.
