Hi I would like to say a massive thank you to Brandon at your Grainger street restaurant in Newcastle! He helped track down our food & brought it over to us. Someone had also made an awful mess on the baby change unit which he went and cleared up for us. Nothing was too much trouble for him. I hope you see this and he is rewarded for his high level of customer service! He made a stressful situation so much better as eating out with 4 small children on a busy Saturday is never easy!
