All stone cold ruined family meal all staff was slow and miserable manger stood there watching food come down going cold my hot chocolate was cold and milkshake was water chips was stale best thing about that meal was the bbq dip to use at anoter fast food restaurant sending people on brakes with a restaurant full of customers waiting understand we all need brakes but in this industry you have to get though the mad rush (whoops sorry forgot your not a fast food restaurant anymore lol)Skegness retail park!!!!

Why don't MacDonalds do something to control litter? Another dump of litter from a meal found this morning along Main Road, Underwood, Notts. Clear thrown out of a car - from its location... and fact that it's labelled with Order 116, Driver Thru, 21/02/2026 15:15. Why don't you also print the location sold from. Reported litter should be linked to a sale, a person and their car. Litter incidents should (at least) prevent the person from using MacDonalds.
Not sure this will ever be read! By the looks of things they are just terrible! Tonight have ordered on Ap and the food is now late by nearly 2 hours. Tried to cancel the order and they were going to charge me. Market square Sidcup! 21/03/2026. Avoid at all costs. I am now deleting the Ap!
Just been to the Kingston Eden street Mac Donalds and it was awful. The food was stone cold, the place was covered in food waste and litter. No where upstairs was available to sit due to the mess. A member of staff was there but doing nothing!! The whole place needs a deep clean and everywhere looks beaten up.Never again will I go in there, it was rare for me to go in anyway but kids were hungry and our favourite place has closed down. Do not bother with the place, complete waste of money.
My experience with McDonald's in the Acton area was extremely disappointing.I first attended the branch on Acton High Road, but ended up leaving without purchasing anything after witnessing a very unpleasant interaction. A female customer asked to use the toilet facilities and a member of staff refused, saying the key had been “lost.” The whole interaction came across as dismissive and rude, and it didn’t feel like the situation was handled professionally.I then went to the branch in W3 6TJ (North Acton), and what I saw there was even worse. The condition of the toilets was shocking. There appeared to be blood and faeces on the toilet and even on the soap dispenser. This meant that when trying to wash my hands, I had to touch surfaces that were clearly contaminated, including the dispenser and taps. The door handle on the way out also looked like it hadn’t been cleaned.For a company the size of McDonald’s, basic hygiene and customer service standards should be a given. Between the rude interaction at one branch and the unhygienic conditions at another, the overall experience was unacceptable.Rating: ★☆☆☆☆
Ordered on the app for first time for mcdelivery all ordered correctly. Order never appeared even though the courier said it was delivered I even looked out for driver when app said he was 2 minutes away he never appeared. When I contacted a virtual assistant they said because it said delivered there would be no refund so £28 taken for zero delivery could not get through on telephone to local MacDonalds & the MacDonalds virtual assistant did not work. I will never use Mcdelivery again & the company uber eats who deliver for them absolute charlatans & thieves. That’s a lot of money to lose & 2 very disappointed children did not get their promised MacDonalds delivery shame on you
