Downloaded the app and made an order for £51 …. Delivery was via UBER …. I was not just disappointed i was disgusted none of the food was even slightly warm it was ALL literally stone cold.
Inedible.
I got back on the app to complain and apart from it taking 20 minutes to get through to an agent it’s not a McDonalds agent it’s an UBER agent - there is NO way to raise a complaint with McDonalds it has to go via Uber …. The uber agent said they understand i am disappointed but the food was delivered within a time that was acceptable and so no refund would be given !!!
Regardless of the delivery time the food was too cold to eat it was horrible …. So McDonalds needs to be accountable for the cold food and i 100% should have been refunded !!
It’s ridiculous that Uber are handling McDonalds customer service issues wether it was Ubers fault or McDonalds the fact is i paid a lot of money for food that should have been delivered at a temperature it could be eaten at - I’m so angry !!!
