What I found most disturbing was the blatant racism exhibited by the employees at a location in Cincinnati. I witnessed an elderly African-American woman struggling with her walker for over 30 minutes, waiting to place her order. The staff directed her to the kiosk while promptly serving other customers. As a white individual, I felt compelled to assist her when she mentioned she only wanted a cheeseburger to get by. After I ordered her two cheeseburgers, the cashier rudely remarked that I shouldn't bother if I was ordering for her. I was appalled by this treatment. I ended up taking the woman to my car and treating her to lunch elsewhere. I, along with many others I know, will never set foot in that establishment again. It desperately needs a complete overhaul from top to bottom.
