I had a terrible experience with Mac Duggal and definitely won’t be ordering again.First, they provided the wrong tracking number (DHL), and when I followed up, DHL confirmed it didn’t exist. I later found out the package was actually sent via FedEx — something they should have clarified from the start.Second, when I received the dresses (which cost me over 8,000 AED), they were big on me. I trusted their “easy returns” policy, but when I tried to return them, the return page showed an error. After contacting customer service, I was told they were having “issues with return labels” to the UAE — something I should’ve been informed about before ordering.They then asked me to ship the items back at my own expense without even providing full shipping details (address, name, or contact). Shipping from here would cost me over 300 AED. I’ve been emailing for three days now and have received no response.For a brand at this price point, I expected professionalism and proper customer care. Instead, it’s been a frustrating and disappointing process from start to finish.
