There were no renewal alerts, no checks on activity, and no flexibility—just a renewal processed and a firm refusal to reverse it.This approach comes across as predatory rather than professional. Customer support showed little interest in resolving the issue and offered no practical solutions.We would urge other companies to think carefully before committing. Once an agreement is in place, expect rigid enforcement rather than reasonable communication or support.
