BE WARNED: Machineseeker uses predatory contractual tactics designed to lock small businesses into expensive, long-term commitments with no easy exit.Simply making an account can lock you into a 12 month contract. If you dispute it, expect aggressive tactics from German solicitors or debt collectors. Their business model seems to revolve more around legally enforcing these contracts than providing a good marketplace.AVOID THIS PLATFORM and look for marketplaces with transparent, month-to-month billing.
I recently received information that in order to make a purchase, the offered machine must be viewed in person. In many cases, this is impossible, so the purchase is also impossible. It also happens that the seller does not respond at all to emails with detailed inquiries.
PLUS : multiplication of offers , quite fast replies (depends on oferers not website) MINUS : multiplication of fees (non ituitive system - what schould be payd and amount of fee after closing the transaction) all above - from the point of client looking for stuff not seller

Customer support showed little interest in resolving the issue and offered no practical solutions.We would urge other companies to think carefully before committing. Once an agreement is in place, expect rigid enforcement rather than reasonable communication or support.
