Therefore, I was confident that I was well within my allowed usage. However, I was charged more than my initial payment for allegedly exceeding my allowance. Within just the first three days, their system recorded a 3-hour session and a 4-hour session that I did not connect to, immediately pushing me over my limit. Their time-tracking system is ineffective. I reached out to the support team multiple times, but they merely claimed I had used the time without providing any real explanation or assistance. There was no investigation or accountability. This was a dreadful experience with an untrustworthy service. I would highly recommend steering clear of this company and considering alternatives.
