The time-tracking system is unreliable. I reached out to the support team several times, but they merely insisted I had used the time without providing a genuine explanation or assistance. There was no investigation or accountability. This has been a frustrating experience with a service I find untrustworthy. I would highly recommend seeking alternatives to this company.

I purchased a dedicated server expecting real Apple hardware, but what I received was clearly a virtualized macOS environment, not a physical Mac mini. Key macOS features like map rendering and graphical elements malfunctioned, just like when macOS runs inside virtualization software. Upon checking the system details, the machine even displayed a welcome message indicating it was a virtual machine. This means the service did not provide a genuine dedicated Apple device as advertised. For developers requiring proper graphics rendering, this setup is unusable. I'm very disappointed—the product is misrepresented, and I cannot recommend it unless they clarify that 'dedicated' machines are actually virtual.
