I'm very impressed. I must admit to some hesitation in subscribing to this service, but I decided to go with it and I'm very happy I did. While I can't say I'd want to work exclusively on the cloud if Apple development were my primary focus, it's not, and being able to rent the use of a macintosh on a more temporary basis is perfect for my needs right now.I had some concerns about network lag working over the cloud, but working in QLD Australia and using their Sydney based managed service has been pretty much flawless. They didn't charge me anything until exactly 24 hours after I signed up in accordance with their trial policy. Basically I've gotten exactly what they've advertised. But keep in mind, you gotta be aware of what you're actually paying for. If your internet is very sub par, you can probably expect a different experience. Also, keep in mind that you have to logout when you're done. Don't just disconnect the rdp or vnc connection, logout via the Mac os menu. That's really the only negative comment I have. If you're careless and have a time limit, you might accidentally end up using up more time than you meant to.As I recall this was openly mentioned by macincloud when I signed up, but I can see how less cautious people might not notice. So yeah, I got exactly what they promised, very pleased.
