Remember: when you are talking to Macingo you are not talking to the final service provider who will be performing your removal. In our removal's case there were three POCs/company names I became aware of: (i) Macingo itself, (ii) the company which submitted a cost estimate for the job (and with whom I never communicated) and (iii) the company which actually performed the removal. They communicate amongst themselves, but the closer you are to the date of the actual removal, the more important you maintain communication with (iii), i.e. with the company doing the removal. If you get into any difficulties or misunderstanding, I'd recommend you to keep Macingo informed. Macingo will try to assist you, but I cannot confirm that they come up with alternative solutions to your problems (in a couple of key situations, there was just no reply, or the reply was too late, only after I had solved the problem myself). All in all, don't expect Macingo to respond as the removal company, which they are not: Macingo are brokers, assisting you to find alternatives to get the job done. To find the best value-for-money for your particular case is primarily your job. If they succeed in assisting you with that, this is a bonus, and you all win.
