They promise you dates without even checking with the courier. When they told me they couldn’t deliver on time I asked for a refund of my deposit and made different plans. After > 24 hrs they came back saying they could actually deliver and denied my refund but clearly was too late. Looking at other reviews looks like it’s actually common practice for them so strongly suggest to stay away.
