I ordered a watch online and it was sent via a postal service that only tracked on delivery. Unfortunately, it got lost in transit, and when I reached out, the staff laughed it off, saying, "you know how postal services are," and claimed it was out of their control. The staff were rude and lacked understanding. I cannot trust them and will not return.
