While the staff seem friendly, I bought a watch for my mother that arrived in used condition, with marks suggesting it had been cleaned and the sticker on the back had been reapplied. My mother wanted to return it for a different watch. They initially promised to refund the postage costs but later reneged on that, claiming the item wasn’t broken. This experience has left a sour taste, and I won't be returning.
