Candid Review of My First Coat Purchase. I recently acquired a wool wrap coat in a lovely color. I took great care with my measurements to select the right size, but the coat turned out to be much too large for me. I contacted customer support, and while the representative was genuinely helpful, they could not make an exception for an exchange since it was a final-sale item. I understand the meaning of 'final sale,' but as this was my first experience with the brand, I had hoped for a bit more leniency. The coat is stunning, but the customer service experience left me feeling let down. Because of this, I cannot recommend this brand, as they didn't seem to value customer satisfaction or the experience of new customers.
