No complaints about the product. I ordered a very warm parka and verified the size to ensure I could wear layers underneath if necessary. I've only used it for one winter so far, but it has met my expectations. Living in a Nordic country with harsh winds, the parka has performed excellently! I read the return policy beforehand and agree that it's not the best for this type of product and price, but I was willing to try the brand. The standard 14-day return policy is common across the EU.
