I carefully followed the size chart and even went up a size for safety. Despite this, the shorts were so tight I couldn't get them past my thighs. I had confirmed with two stores that I didn’t need to size up and relied on the online size guide, but none of this information was accurate. To make matters worse, the shorts were a final sale, and customer service refused to make an exception, despite my precautions. I feel misled and stuck with an unusable item. The quality is poor for the price, and with no larger sizes available, I have no options left. A very disappointing experience that will prevent me from shopping here again.
