I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I ordered products that were marked as “delivered,” but no package ever arrived. I immediately escalated the issue because I have international travel on 10/18 and needed the items as a gift that was specifically requested.Unfortunately, customer service repeatedly told me the same scripted response—that they must wait for the UPS investigation to finish, which can take up to 8 days. That timeline simply doesn’t work for my situation, yet no one offered any alternative solutions such as resending or expediting a replacement.I expected much more from a company that presents itself as a premium brand. This experience was frustrating and disappointing, and it’s made me rethink ever ordering from them again.
