I live 25 minutes from the Mackenzie Childs store in Aurora, NY. I use to be able to attend barn sales at that location. It was such a fun event with entertainment and refreshments. Then that stopped and the sale moved to an industrial building. And now that has stopped and the barn sale is totally online. I just ordered over $300 worth of items. I was charged $31 to deliver to my home because I cannot purchase in person. After 1 1/2 weeks my order has not been shipped, but my card was charged on the day of the order. I do have to say I was able to contact them via email and they easily canceled my order. All this for products that are made in China and then painted locally. I’m done with Mackenzie Childs.
