You cannot reach any customer service. Their website would not recognize my credit card, so I had to put in a new card. They then charged both cards and placed two orders. Items are unreturnable. Tried their emai customer service. It said I was not a human. Tried calling...they don't take calls. I guess I'm stuck with both orders.
