This feels like a scam, especially since there is no notice on the platform indicating that services are unavailable, yet charges are still being processed. I've initiated a dispute with my bank, hoping for a refund. I can't understand why this service hasn't faced legal action yet. It deserves less than one star, but I have to give it zero.
